For example authorities like a District Attorney or a court would have to decide if it will be allowed in a specific case. &lt;br&gt;The procedures would have to be recorded in files and presented to the court in case of prosecution in which situation the court can allow or dismiss the evidence resulted from wiretapping.&lt;br&gt;Although nobody is in favour of to much "Big Brother is watching" regulation is needed to control those who make decisions on this sensitive issue.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Roy Dongen</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 03 Jun 2009 23:58:00 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
